On 8/19/2023 I took my vehicle for maintenance. I waited 2 to 3 hrs which I was ok with because I did not had an appointment. This is issues: while driving home my oil service light came on. I was like this weird but I was still trying to get home because I was in the middle of I95N heading to Palm Bay. When I got home and checked the oil. No oil. The stick was below low. The windshield washer fluid was not tapped off. By a matter of fact I don’t know what they did because they don’t give you a 4 point check inspection list like Toyota. I had to pour 3 quart of oil in it. Now I am even questioning is they even change the oil filter.I need to be compensated for the oil I had to purchase and my aggravation. I need my vehicle to be checked out to make sure no damage was caused to internal factors of the engine. IE pistons, wall etc
Buying my Tucson was a wonderful experience which was not what I was expecting. My salesman Trey was so knowledgeable and friendly. They all worked together as a team to make the entire experience pleasant and fast! Love Route 60 Hyundai!
The most easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Most dealerships want to haggle for hours on a price.
Not Route 60 Hyundai. Very pleasurable staff, quick and courteous. I walked in, met my salesman Trey, looked over a few cars, test drove one, agreed on a price for my trade in and my monthly payment and drove away in my new Santa Fe, All said and done in under 2 hours. Unheard of! I'm so completely happy!
Annabelle is OUTSTANDING! Every time I have brought my wife’s car here for service, she has always been amazing! Very helpful. Very attentive. Very patient and understanding. I came back today for a recall on our vehicle and noticed someone else was working in the loaner department. I thought she resigned but then I ended up seeing her in passing and I said hello. Very bright and bubbly young lady. Very sad to not be seeing her do more. She needs to be promoted to a manager of some sort. Best employee all around!
Took our elantra in to have an oil change and tire rotation. We were told that there was 2 cars in front of us and it would be done around 1:30 and they would call us. At 2:54 they called and said it wouldn't be done today. They said they put in front of us people waiting and appointments that came in after us. I called them back and was put on hold for over 40 minutes and had the wife call on her cell phone before we got anyone to talk to. Horrendous customer service. Had I known this I never would have bought my car there.
I waited to write this review until I was able to see the entire dealerships process. I bought a brand new Santa Cruz from them. The sales team was super friendly, not too overbearing, and actually answered my questions. I've now dealt with the service department twice and both times they were splendid. Gave me clear answers, and was hassle free. No complaints here
The level of incompetence here is staggering, and I advise everyone I meet to spend their time and money elsewhere.
What was promised to be a four, maximum five, day fix ended up being 17 days! No calls, no updates about my car, no loaner car offered for that time, and no communication whatsoever. The initial mechanic was phenomenal, but he left (I don’t blame him!) and care was shifted to the other mechanics, who apparently can’t operate a phone or lack the manners and courtesy to do so.
They couldn’t even get my name right after telling them about five times, and every single call I made to them was met with confusion and asinine excuses about the state of the repair. Every call took a minimum of 15 minutes, no matter what time I called them. They never returned phone calls either, even after being given contact information several times.
When my car was finally ready, I requested their shuttle service to the dealership. After an hour and a half of waiting, I finally called them and was told there was confusion on THEIR end. Once cleared up, the driver took another 30 minutes, and while pleasant, was an awful driver. Rolled through stop signs, taking turns without yielding, speeding down residential streets, and speeding generally.
When I finally was able to pick my car up, I requested some type of compensation for my time wasted. The best they could do was a comped oil change and the promise of a loaner car next time, which I was told was standard to offer anyway! I wasn’t even guaranteed the oil change while I was there, I had to get a call later that it was okayed by the manager.
The woman that called to tell me that inappropriately referred to me as “sugar” several times while paying for the services while there as well. It was intentionally demeaning, though she looked a bit too slow to know the terms ma’am and sir. Bless her heart.
I also noticed that they removed the decal from my previous oil change (they had no reason to) and later found out that they had overcharged me. While it took them several weeks, I finally did get my refund, but even then, it took three phone calls to get in touch with their accounting department.
How they haven’t gone out of business is beyond me because they are a prime example of how NOT to run a dealership.
Absolutely shameful, a waste of my time and money, and a stain on our wonderful town. Do better or don’t do business.
I went to Route 60 Hyundai in August of 2022 to purchase a Santa Fe Hybrid Limited. There was none available, but they stated they would look for a vehicle for me. More importantly, they wouldn't look for any vehicle, bur the vehicle would meet my requirements for exterior and interior color. It took until February of 23 for my vehicle to arrive. During the interim, Route 60 Hyundai routinely contacted me to provide any update they had. When the vehicle arrived it also was at a deficit to me. It was more expensive. The financing I was looking at in the summer of 22 had changed increasing my costs more. Their F&I worked with me to get a value I could accept, allowing me to feel I still received a great deal on a great vehicle. Thank you.
Update. I came to have my car serviced. I was upset over the fact appointments are around 6 weeks out
I had made one for July 5th on May 31st, as this was the earliest I could get in. I'm getting the 7500 mile first service. I had the car sitting idle for 4 weeks waiting. Well circumstances required I come to the dealer here on June 20th and try to get it done. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the time.delay, I was asked "didn't they tell you, you could come and drop it off in the morning and pick it up later that day any Tuesday through Thursday?" Well of course they didn't, otherwise I would have done so. Then to boot I go to sit in the waiting area and there is this constant low vibrating thumping sound. It's only in the service waiting area. When I asked about it, I'm told it's the air compressor which sits above the waiting area, but I can sit in the sales floor if it's a problem. Unfortunately, the sales floor has music blasting. Probably so to don't overhear pitches and financial matters being discussed. So far, for me, it's not a pleasant experience. The good point is the dealership does provide water, coffee, sandwiches, and snacks for the customers. I really enjoyed the sales experience but I'm not enamored with service.
